  1. WaterMaker achieves eight of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, demonstrating a dedication to global health, clean water, and sustainable industry practices.
  2. By providing access to clean drinking water, WaterMaker contributes to good health and well-being (SDG 3) and clean water and sanitation (SDG 6).
  3. The technology fosters innovation (SDG 9), supports 

    sustainable cities (SDG 11), promotes responsible consumption (SDG 12), and takes climate action (SDG 13). lt also protects aquatic lite (SDG 14) and terrestrial ecosystems (SDG 15).

Sustainable Energy for Sustainable Water

  1. The WaterMaker system is able to be completely self­-sufficient, integrating solar panels and diesel generators to achieve energy independence.
  2. This dual approach ensures a consistent power supply, crucial for remote and off-grid locations. Energy generated is carefully managed, stored in batteries, and used to power the water generation process without interruption.
  3. The system's design allows tor optimal energy use, highlighting WaterMaker's commitment to solving water scarcity and doing so through sustainable means.

Economic and Environmental Efficiency

  1. WaterMaker stands out for its cost-effectiveness, significantly lowering the cost per liter of water compared to bottled and purified water sources.
  2. With production costs as low as 0.03 euros per liter, WaterMaker offers a solution that reduces both financial and environmental costs, challenging the traditional water supply chain and its associated carbon footprint. Full research available upon request.
